Meet Bill and Eric

Bill is a life-long resident of North Liberty and a 1972 graduate of the University of Iowa. Bill’s real estate career began in 1995 when he developed River Oaks, an 18 home subdivision in rural North Liberty. He and the team are currently involved in the development of Liberty’s Gate and Liberty Centre subdivisions.  With all his experience and accomplishments, Bill is an exceptionally qualified realtor and ready to help you no matter what your real estate needs may be.

Eric Casebolt is an Iowa native and previous home builder.  He has been working with Bill for the past 3 years.  Eric is a unique individual in the real estate business and a great attribute to the team with his knowledge of building procedures and first hand carpentry experience.  Eric is ready, willing and able to help you buy or sell your home, and if you catch him on the right day, he may even help you do a couple home improvement projects!

What the ICHOMES team can do for you, our seller:

• We will create a competitive market analysis to determine the most accurate listing price for your home.

• We provide you with our expert advice and opinions.

• Determine if anything needs to be done to the home to make it more presentable, either cleaning, removing clutter, or staging and rearranging furniture to make the home more inviting.

• We have many ways of accessing buyers and getting them to your home. We have all of our current contacts as well as access to many more potential buyers through all the advertising and marketing we will do for your home. We can reach the public through office and personal agent ads ranging from the newspaper to online publications. We also post them on our company website as well as our personal websites. The local association of REALTORS® has a multiple listing service that your home will be listed on. We also utilize email and distribute postcards, flyers and host open houses when convenient for you. We can put a sign in your yard if you wish so others driving by can call and inform us of their interest, we’ll also put an information / flyer box in front so potential buyers can “see” your house.

• We will set up showings for your home when it is convenient for you to have someone come over and view your home.

• We can also host “broker’s opens” at your residence, where we invite other agents to come view the property so they can pass along information to their prospective buyers.

• Our office conducts a house tour every Tuesday morning, so other agents from our company will be able to view your home and can pass along their findings to their buyers.

• Should you need anything at all you are more than welcome to contact us and we’d be glad to be of service. We can help you find a home inspector, a house cleaner should you desire it, and many other options.

• We cover everything involved in completing the sale of your home. We work closely with your attorney to clear title objections, manage deed transfer and cover the closing with all parties involved.
